Project Management

We offer project management services to our customers with our expert project managers to ensure that solar power plant projects are completed within budget, with technical accuracy and on time. We carry out all project-specific issues such as determining project goals, creating a time plan, deciding on stakeholders, following the time plan, managing resources, risk management, coordination, quality control and reporting.

We are aware that projects that are not managed properly fail, even if there are many truths in their content. “If I were given 6 hours to chop down a tree, I would spend 4 hours sharpening my axe.” We embrace the saying and carry out a significant part of project management by making plans at the table. We manage the correctly planned and addressed project by being on site full time and ensure that our customers have a project that we can describe as successful.
