Project Development

We complete the process that must be followed in the permit processes required to develop a project, using parallel data processing logic, taking into account the chronological order. We are aware that it is necessary to proceed in line with current regulations and legislation in order for the permit processes for licensed, unlicensed, hybrid or storage solar power plant projects to be carried out correctly. In this process, we prepare a road map for our customers and approach each step with the necessary sensitivity.

We support our customers in preparing for competitions for licensed projects. We carry out the processes of making the necessary meteorological measurements and preparing preliminary feasibility studies to determine the contribution margin or unit sales price.

For unlicensed solar power plant investments, which have become popular especially in recent years, we apply for a letter of invitation to the relevant distribution company or TEİAŞ directorate over the installed power we have determined in line with our customer’s needs or demands. If the project is on land, we support our customers in obtaining the necessary institutional opinions regarding land development, carrying out topographic studies, preparing the ground survey report and carrying out the zoning process.

We bring our customers together with our business partner banks so that they can access financial resources upon request, and we support the realization of the investment with minimum equity capital.

We attach importance to making the necessary applications so that the project can benefit from all relevant incentives and grants, and we take into account all the necessary details for our customers to make a more profitable investment.

After the project development process is completed by obtaining all permits, we provide our customers with a suitable environment in which they can invest for a sustainable world.
